At Little Cloud Creations, each piece is lovingly handmade. I want you to feel confident in your order, so here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
⏳ Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of receiving your item.
To qualify, items must be in their original condition and packaging and not opened.
Opened items are not eligible for return.
📩 How to Start a Return
Email me at littlecloudcreate@gmail.com with the subject line: Return – [Your Order Number].
If approved, you’ll be responsible for sending the item back at your own cost.
Please use a tracked shipping method, as I cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

💔 Damages & Issues
Please check your order right away.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me immediately.
I’ll send you a prepaid return label, and once I receive the item, I’ll send a replacement.
🔄 Exchanges
I do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll let you know if it was approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as a gift card.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
Please note: shipping costs and payment processing fees are non‑refundable.

In the event of an unexpected or sensitive life change, please reach out to me. I understand that circumstances can shift, and I will do my best to work with you compassionately, including offering a refund if needed.
